1. Returns — Current Status
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, or personalization error by the customer) are not accepted at this time.
However, we will always work to resolve any issue related to a defective product or an error on our part (see Section 2).
2. Defective Products or Order Errors
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect or does not match your original order:
