  • The jerseys we offer are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer (name, number, size, color, etc.).

  • Once an order is confirmed, no modifications or cancellations can be made, except in the event of an error on our part.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The Nomero logo and brand name are the exclusive property of their creator.

  • All texts, visuals, images, and content on the site are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, modified, or used without prior written consent.

  • Some product images may come from our partners or suppliers, with their authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Nomero is not responsible for the use of its products after delivery.

  • Images on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Slight color variations may occur depending on screen settings and display devices.

  • Nomero cannot be held responsible for premature wear or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

6. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are not subject to VAT (individual status without VAT number).

  • Full payment is required at the time of order, via the secure payment methods offered on the site.

  • Failing amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in the seller’s place of residence in Belgium.
